The PrimeMyBody Support Team will be answering your tickets weekdays from 9:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST. We strive to respond within 24 hours of your submission, excluding weekends. You can submit a ticket anytime of the day on our Support Portal. When you create your first ticket a Support Account will be created for you. You can log into your Support Account to review your ticket history and make updates to existing tickets.
